Alternative Doctors Dosage Forms
Ventolin is used with caution in patients with coronary
heart disease or in patients with arrhythmias (cardiac
rhythm disturbances). Use of Ventolin together with other
stimulant medications is not suggested because of their
combined effects on the heart rate, blood pressure, and the
potential for causing chest pain in patients with underlying
coronary heart disease. In rare patients, inhaled Ventolin
can paradoxically precipitate life-threatening bronchospasm.
In some cases worsening of diabetes and lowering of
potassium have also been reported. The safety and efficacy
of Ventolin in Pregnant and breast-feeding women is not
studied. In case of overdose, it is strictly suggested to
contact your healthcare professional on emergency grounds
and follow the instructions directed by him. Read the
instruction on the Ventolin medication before you start with
it.
